Payment is made via PayPal or bank transfer. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay for the sessions; you can instead use a credit / debit card. Places are secured on receipt of payment and are filled on a first come first served basis. The completion of a booking form or website enquiry form does not secure a place.

1.5 Refunds and Cancellations
My Kid Rocks is under no obligation to refund or transfer monies paid in the event that you are unable to attend part of or the entire course (5 sessions). We regret that we are only able to offer an alternative for missed lessons if places are available on another course.  If you cancel at any time prior to 14 days before the course begins we will refund your money. Should you cancel within 14 days prior to the commencement date (up to 5.30pm the evening before) we will issue a refund minus a £25 administration charge. Once a course has started, we regret that we cannot issue refunds or credits.

1.6 Adverse Weather
My Kid Rocks is under no obligation to refund sessions that may be missed due to local adverse weather when the venue and environment is safe and accessible and when lessons are held. We regret that we are unable to offer automatic refunding or rescheduling of lessons in the event of adverse conditions local to yourselves preventing you from attending a scheduled class.

You agree to inform My Kid Rocks of any changes, as soon as you are aware of them. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

1.9 Illness
Should your child or the adult taking part in the session develop any known or suspected medical condition, you must please consult your doctor before bringing them to class and inform My Kid Rocks either via email or phone. All information received is treated in confidence and with sensitivity. Never bring your child to baby massage if they have an illness such as diarrhoea, chicken pox, impetigo or conjunctivitis. Please wait until your doctor has given the all-clear before returning to sessions. In the instance of sickness and diarrhoea your child must have been clear of all symptoms for at least 48 hours before attending a session.
