A personal approach to learning Baby Massage in the comfort and familiarity of your own home.

This option could be for you if

• You're not ready to attend group classes

• Your baby is very young - I'm qualified to teach right from birth

• You've had a c-section and are keen to start massage as soon as possible but can't get to a group class due to not being able to drive

• Your baby, or you, have special needs - massage is for every baby and every parent

• Your partner would like to be involved in learning the techniques too - I can arrange flexible sessions with daytime, evening and weekend availability.

• You have older children at home and no childcare to enable you to attend a group class- we can have our own mini group in the comfort of your own home, or they can watch TV with a snack, whatever suits you

• None of my group classes are near you - no problem, I come to you!

• You haven't been feeling great since the birth, either physically or emotionally - let me come and nurture you and support your growing bond

• Groups are just not your thing - that's fine, we're all different but it doesn't mean you have to miss out

Flexible sessions including daytime, evening and weekend availability.

 

A 5 week course, 90 minutes per week, teaching you practical massage and touch communication - a skill that will help you to identify and respond to your baby's subtle cues, bringing you closer together. Tailored discussions also compliment these sessions covering topics such as touch, crying, sleep and taking care of yourself as a new parent.
